My statement is based on Table 1 in the supplementary material which provides IFHS and IBC death rates for a coarse partition: Baghdad, Anbar, High mortality governorates and Low mortality governorates. The corresponding rates for Burnham et al. can be inferred visually from Figure 3 of the paper.</description>
